How It Works:

911PCAssist takes a radical new approach to desktop support. Instead of waiting in long call queues to speak with a live person, we take your input and call you when it is convenient, for YOU! This works by having a large number of technicians permanently "On Call". When you submit a help ticket via the Help Me page, the details of the ticket are sent to every technician available.

After the technician recieves the details of the work order, he/she will review the information and contact you at the time you specified. You could need help right now, or schedule a support call later in the day if that is convenient for you!

Now that you know how our notification system works, lets explain the actual support session.

After the technician calls you, he/she will ask you a few questions about the problem to determine the severity of the issue and if it will be a quick fix. The technician will then send you an email with a file that you will simply open and it will enable the technician to see what you see on your computer screen. While the technician is connected you actually see what they are doing to troubleshoot the issue. You will be able to resume control at ANY time so there is no possible breach of security. After a few minutes of troubleshooting, the technician will come up with a solution for your problem. He/she will quote you how much it will cost to fix, if you would like the tech to fix the issue, make a quick payment via the Pay Now button on the homepage, and the technician will fix the problem within moments.

Don't worry about security breaches either. As soon as the technician is finished resolving your issue, the remote-access program is removed and no further access to your computer is possible. If you would like a technician to help again, he/she will simply send you the remote-access file again.
